Finding Spirit In Another's Artwork

When I see this picture from Daniel B. Holeman I think about what must have been going through his mind when drawing this. First of all, it is gorgeous. From a person that loves wildlife and visiting the Gulf of Mexico's waters this image enlightened me in a variety of ways... After viewing this image online I immediately knew there was a message waiting for me to read. The dolphins drew me in...

1. The light represents a divine being.

The light shines and points in the middle of this image. All that surrounds it is beauty, life, and serenity. It is almost as if someone prayed from the beach and looked up to this light. Clearly it is not just a sun glare because you can see the day shining along the horizon. I say this because it reminds me of driving out to the beach just to feel closer to a higher source of loving energy.
2. Water is more than just something to drink!

The water is home to the dolphins and a huge food source for the birds that fly above. All of the beautiful coconut trees depend on the water to sustain their life near the ocean. It is a fact that the sea itself has many mysteries yet to be discovered. We are lucky to have a huge ocean on earth in which to explore. This is why it is important to find ways to keep it clean. The lives inside and out of the ocean depend on it. Our spirits are lifted when we dive in.
3. You Are Never Alone.

Flying in the air are two birds side by side and in the sea two dolphin jumping out of the sea together. The sky seems to meet the ocean in a partnership and for the person viewing this picture the divine light is with you. Actually there is spirit all around and within you. Whenever you think no one is there to hear you or know what you are feeling inside; you are never alone.
4. Life Goes On After "The Storm."

There are no signs of bad weather in this picture. In all reality it would be lovely to say it never occurs, but that is not so. During the times of your life when all you can imagine in your mind are the rainy days, choppy waves, and darkness life still moves on. Things will get better if you can have faith and visualize happiness on the horizon. This picture could have been the image of hope for someone that truly believed in moving on from their personal storm. God really does want you to grow and be happy!

The next time you look at a picture take in everything including the hidden meaning. Spirit has creative ways of surprising & inspiring you..

Love & Light Always
